Twilight's stars have dropped some clues about the 2008 vampire romance's highly anticipated sequel, New Moon.
Speaking to reporters on the Oscars red carpet, leading man Robert Pattison revealed what's in store for his character, brooding teenage vampire Edward Cullen.
"My character goes 50 times darker than he did in the first movie," he hinted, adding that he's jetting up to Canada in coming weeks to start shooting New Moon.
Ashley Greene, who plays Edward's adopted sister Alice, revealed she's "so excited" about the sequel.
"I finally, finally got the script... and it's good," Greene said. "I like it better than the first one. I might be biased because I have a bigger part."
New Moon has been slated for release in November 2009.
